Music Booster Newsletter         

• The Henry-Senachwine Music Boosters is an organization of interested K-12th grade parents, which meets at the grade school on the first Thursday of each month at 7:00 P.M.  We encourage representatives from each grade level and are always looking for more participation with our many activities.
• The Winter Concerts will take place in December - watch your calendar for the exact dates.
• March is "Music in Our Schools" month.  
• HSGS hosts the Solo and Ensemble Contest in March during the afternoon and evening.
• In April, the fourth grades will be attending the Peoria Symphony Youth Concert.  There is a small fee for the Symphony.  
• The Spring Concert is in May for fifth through eighth grade students.  Awards will be presented during the program.

     In December at 7:00 p.m., Mr. Lucente will present the 6th, 7th & 8th Band Concert.  Also that month, the 6-8th grade Choral Concert will be presented.  Check your calendars!

Mr. Eckert presents many fine performances throughout the school year and during the summer. Our music program is one of the finest in central Illinois as witnessed by those who attended the Peoria Fine Arts Spring Festival.
